This website is an informational/marketing site with embedded 360° sample tours. It sets no cookies, integrates no tracking or analytics services, and uses no third-party content (fonts and the 360° viewer are served locally from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or other CDNs is made). Personal data is processed only to the technically necessary extent described below.
3. Server log files (hosting)
When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, the page/file requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating-system identifiers. This data is used solely for the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in trouble-free, secure operation). Log files are deleted after a short period.
Hosting is provided on a server in Germany by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
